The Yoga Teaching Essentials course provides a thorough training in developing the skills necessary to become a confident, knowledgeable Yoga instructor. It will provide an in-depth understanding of Hatha Yoga to help establish, expand and refine teaching skills. If you are looking to jumpstart your teaching career, or gain more confidence in the classroom, this is a great option for you.

This online training course is primarily live and interactive, taught by multiple senior teachers, and offers substantial direct contact, mentorship, and individualized teaching development. An in-person option is available on Saturdays, as well as during the Practice Weekend, which allows participants to explore the depths of yogic practices and lifestyle.
